When shipping using a plastic bag, garments would often slip to one end and bunch up, meaning a 'Large Letter' size would become a 'Small Parcel'. Surcharges from Royal Mail coupled with the additional postage bracket are costly, to say nothing of the issues with fitting such parcels through a standard letterbox.

Currently, the only alternative to plastic bags is a costly corrugated or micro-flute box. Our Varipak t-shirt box is designed as a less costly alternative but still rigid enough to fit through a letterbox.
